APS Processing Time
Estimate how long the APS (Akademische Prüfstelle) verification takes based on when you submit. Includes the full checklist of required documents and process steps.
Peak months (Sep–Feb) have higher volume and longer processing.
💡 Tip: With proper, complete documents, APS can sometimes be processed in as little as 5 weeks — even during peak season.

APS Fee
The APS verification fee is €200 (for Indian applicants). Payment is made via bank transfer to the APS account before sending documents. Keep the payment receipt — it must be included with your application.
How the APS Process Works
1.Prepare documents
Gather all certificates and transcripts. Self-attest each copy (sign and write "This is a true copy of the original" with your name, date, and signature).
2.Pay the APS fee
Transfer €200 (India) to the APS bank account. Keep the payment receipt.
3.Send via courier
Send all documents along with the payment receipt to the APS office via a reliable courier (e.g. DTDC, BlueDart, DHL). Keep the tracking number.
4.Wait for verification
APS verifies your academic documents. If everything is correct, you receive the APS certificate. No interview required for most Indian applicants.
